Join me on my challenging fitness journey as I attempt to lose over 61 pounds of fat, build muscle and live a happier and healthier life. I share my highs, my lows and everything in between. What’s different about this blog is that I’m not a muscle head or fitness genius; just your average guy trying to lose weight my way; without dieting, a gym membership or a personal trainer. In fact, I still eat all the foods I love and work out from home. I try to blog every week or two, and on the 1st of each month comes my progress post where you’ll read about how I’ve performed over the previous month, along with progress images, measurements and other stats. 52 lbs lost so far (3 stone 10 lbs)
